We ask that you arrive about 10-15 minutes early for you appointment.  We like to use this time to properly assess our clients to ensure that we can provide them with their best experience.  

Also, plan to stay afterward for maybe no more than 10 minutes.  We are not in the business of "turning tables" and like to spend some time recapping our work, answering questions, and discussing tools for you to take home to work on yourself in between sessions.  

For most sessions, you can come in whatever you like.  Know that massage is often performed with minimal to no clothing and the client is properly draped at all times, we'll keep you covered while you're on the table.  For the Thai massage session, we advise you wear something you could stretch in.  If you'd wear it for yoga or to workout, it's probably suitable for receiving Thai massage.  

As often as you like!  Really!  But on a serious note, there is no right or wrong answer to this question.  However, from our experience, we believe that once a month is great for relieving mental stress and performing maintenance on the body.  If you are looking to correct any imbalances, we recommend at least once every other week until you are satisfied with your progress.  Anything less than once a month, is nice but you likely will not see any physical progress, just keep that in mind and enjoy yourself.  If you enjoy massage, get one as often as you can!  There is no evidence that properly performed massage has caused any discourse on the body.  The whole point is to increase your quality of life.

To a select few.  First, we offer truly competitive pricing, especially for the quality of work we do and so we are firm on our prices.  However, from our hearts, we like to extend a 15% discount to military (both active and retired) as well as 15% to our seniors.  Just show ID or verification that you fit the parameters and you're all set!

Sure!  Please have an ingredient label to ensure that your therapist does not have any allergies to your emollient.

The heated stones used during treatments accelerate the softening of tissue.  For the client, this is a pleasurable sensation as the heated stones run across your body.  For the therapist, this enables them to be more efficient with their time as the most progress can be made when the muscle belly is warmed and softened, both of which the hot stones succeed at doing.
